AZ Capital advised BTG Pactual on the award of the 25-year concession to manage the Cadí Tunnel and Vallvidrera Tunnels together with Abertis.
BTG Pactual and Abertis have assumed, through a new company in which they hold 65% and 35% respectively, a concession fee of €430 MM.
Both assets represent the main connection points between central Catalonia and the Pyrenees (Cadí Tunnel), as well as between Barcelona and the main inland cities (Vallvidrera Tunnels). The two concessions together  total 41 kilometers, including 10 kilometers of tunnels.

AZ Capital ha asesorado a BTG Pactual en la adjudicación de la concesión de 25 años para gestionar el túnel del Cadí y los túneles de Vallvidrera junto con Abertis.
BTG Pactual y Abertis han asumido, a través de una nueva sociedad en la que participan con un 65% y un 35% respectivamente, un canon concesional de €430 MM.
Ambos activos representan los principales puntos de conexión entre la zona central de Cataluña y los Pirineos (Túnel del Cadí), así como entre Barcelona y las principales ciudades del interior (Túnels de Vallvidrera). Entre las dos concesiones suman un total de 41 kilómetros, que incluyen 10 kilómetros de túneles.
