Sole advisor to ICG on the incorporation of Templus and the acquisition of the first three Data Centres

AZ Capital has acted as exclusive financial advisor to ICG, a global alternative asset manager, which, together with Teras, an investment platform led by experienced and successful digital infrastructure entrepreneurs, has launched Templus.​

Templus is the first state-of-the-art and sustainable regional data centre platform in Southern Europe, with a new business model premised on proximity to end customers, safety and the highest standards of energy efficiency. Ultimately, its goal is to become the leading regional colocation platform in Southern Europe with a network of more than 20 data centres.​

The platform will begin its activity with five operational data centres, including locations in Madrid, Malaga and Seville, and with an installed capacity of 15MW.
