AZ Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Somos Hijolusa shareholders, Proa Capital and the Gomez family, in the sale of a minority stake to a group of private investors.

Somos Hijolusa is a leading food company specializing in the processing and commercialization of premium quality fresh potatoes, carrots, leeks, and other fresh vegetables, as well as other IV & V range related products.

Following ProA Capital's entry into the shareholding structure of Patatas Hijolusa in 2022, Agrícola Villena and Natuber have been incorporated to create Grupo Somos Hijolusa.


AZ Capital ha actuado como asesor financiero exclusivo de los accionistas de Somos Hijolusa, Proa Capital y los hermanos Gómez, en la venta de una participación minoritaria a un grupo de inversores privados.

Somos Hijolusa es una empresa alimentaria líder especializada en el procesamiento y comercialización de patatas frescas, zanahorias, puerros y otras hortalizas frescas de primera calidad, así como otros productos relacionados con la gama IV y V.

Tras la entrada de ProA Capital en el accionariado de Patatas Hijolusa en 2022, se han incorporado Agrícola Villena y Natuber para conformar el Grupo Somos Hijolusa.
