This deal expands Templus' footprint to over 750 clients across and beyond 60 MW in capacity. The transaction marks a pivotal step in Templus' expansion, delivering meaningful scale, geographical diversification, and a strengthened position as Europe's premier independent, neutral colocation provider.

AZ Capital acted as financial advisor to PAI Partners, a leading European private equity firm, in the sale of its majority stake in Grupo Uvesco, S.A., one of the leading food retail groups in Spain, operating the BM Supermercados and Super Amara supermarket chains.

PAI Partners initially acquired a majority stake in Uvesco with the aim of supporting its strategic expansion and value-creation strategy in a fragmented market, a transaction in which AZ Capital also acted as financial advisor. Under PAI’s ownership, the company significantly expanded its store network and strengthened its operational and financial performance.

PAI Partners sold its majority stake to a consortium of investors led by Uvesco’s management team together with leading Basque investors, with final closing of the transaction expected in early 2026.


AZ Capital ha actuado como asesor financiero de PAI Partners, destacada firma europea de private equity, en la venta de su participación mayoritaria en Grupo Uvesco, S.A., uno de los grupos líderes de distribución alimentaria en España, propietario de las cadenas BM Supermercados y Super Amara.

PAI Partners inicialmente adquirió una participación mayoritaria en Uvesco con el objetivo de apoyar su expansión estratégica y creación de valor en un mercado fragmentado, transacción en la que también AZ Capital actuó como asesor financiero. Bajo la propiedad de PAI, la compañía ha ampliado de manera relevante su red de tiendas y ha fortalecido su desempeño operativo y financiero.

La venta de la participación mayoritaria de PAI Partners se ha realizado a un consorcio de inversores liderado por el equipo directivo de Uvesco y reconocidos inversores vascos, con el cierre definitivo de la transacción previsto para principios de 2026.

AZ Capital has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Reganosa on the acquisition of a 99.88% stake in Saltos del Cinca, a hydropower generation platform in Spain previously owned by funds managed by Plenium Partners.

Saltos del Cinca operates the Arias I, Arias II and Ariéstolas plants, with a total installed capacity of 19 MW, and provides operation and maintenance services within the hydropower sector.

Through this transaction, Reganosa continues to diversify its business, strengthens its positioning in the energy transition, and adds renewable assets to its portfolio that complement the projects it is already developing in this area. Furthermore, the incorporation of hydropower generation will enable the integration of a competitive renewable energy source into the group’s energy consumption, enhance its profitability, and expand its technical capabilities and service offering to third parties, both in the domestic and international markets.


AZ Capital ha actuado como asesor financiero exclusivo de Reganosa en la adquisición del 99,88% de Saltos del Cinca, plataforma de generación hidroeléctrica en España previamente propiedad de fondos controlados por Plenium Partners.

Saltos del Cinca opera las centrales de Arias I, Arias II y Ariéstolas que cuentan con una potencia instalada agregada de 19 MW y presta servicios de operación y mantenimiento en el ámbito de la energía hidráulica.

Con esta operación, Reganosa avanza en la diversificación de su actividad, refuerza su posicionamiento en la transición energética y añade a su cartera activos renovables complementarios a los proyectos que ya desarrolla en este ámbito. Asimismo, la incorporación de generación hidroeléctrica permitirá integrar una fuente renovable y competitiva en los consumos energéticos del grupo, mejorar su rentabilidad y ampliar sus capacidades técnicas y de prestación de servicios a terceros, tanto en el mercado nacional como en el internacional.

AZ Capital has advised Saesco Medical, a European group specialized in the distribution of medical devices, consumables and equipment for minimally invasive surgery and backed by Miura Partners, on its international expansion through the majority acquisition of Rivolution GmbH, a German company focused on the distribution of consumables and medical equipment.

This transaction marks Saesco Medical’s eighth acquisition as part of its pan-European buy-and-build strategy, adding new capabilities and a strong local platform in the DACH region. The deal strengthens its presence across Europe, where it already operates in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, further consolidating its position as a leading pan-European distributor of medical technology.

Rivolution’s founder and CEO, Thomas Geir, will remain a shareholder and continue to lead the company, ensuring business continuity and driving its growth in the region.

AZ Capital has acted as exclusive financial advisor to Movertis in its merger with Sherlog, with the support of Seaya. This strategic transaction has resulted in the creation of Movilia, a new leading technology group in the fleet management sector.
Movertis is a technology company specialized in advanced solutions for comprehensive fleet and mobility management. Over more than fifteen years of track record, the company has developed a proprietary and highly customizable platform, supported by strong in-house technological development capabilities, enabling private companies and public administrations to improve fleet operating efficiency and optimize real-time decision-making.
The merger with Sherlog forms part of a broader sector consolidation strategy aimed at creating a group with greater scale, complementary capabilities and an integrated value proposition designed to serve a diverse and evolving market. As a result of this transaction, Movilia is launched with a solid base of more than 10,000 customers and 100,000 vehicles under management across Southern Europe, and a clear ambition to achieve double-digit annual growth.
Executive leadership of Movilia will be assumed by Pablo Mazón, founder and CEO of Movertis, who will lead this new phase of the group, driving technological innovation, sector consolidation and the long-term development of the project.
The entry of Seaya as a strategic partner represents a key inflection point in the group’s evolution, providing financial capacity, experience in scaling technology companies and a long-term growth vision, within a market environment shaped by digitalization, operational efficiency and sustainable mobility.

Following ProA Capital's entry into the shareholding structure of Patatas Hijolusa in 2022, Agrícola Villena and Natuber have been incorporated to create Grupo Somos Hijolusa.
